Your home, your choice
Whether you are looking for help with domestic chores, regular support with daily personal care, or some support to enjoy your favourite activity, PramaCare can arrange a solution that is completely unique to you and your situation.
For some people, only a little assistance may be required to make a lot of difference, but for others it can be a great relief not to have to worry about the difficulties of getting up, getting dressed, washing yourself or cutting your nails.
When you become a PramaCare client, we work with you to ensure your plan of care is tailored specifically to your needs, making sure you can maintain your independence at home as long as possible. Even if you usually have care from family members at home, our bespoke service can provide the support they need to make life work better for everyone.
Initial contact with PramaCare couldn’t be easier; it can be made by the individual themselves, a concerned friend or relative or even the family doctor. Any enquiry is treated sympathetically and sensitively and, of course, in the strictest confidence.
Quality care at home.

What Our Clients Say About Our Care Support Workers
Mrs M P, March 2019:
“It is the ability to make people feel that life is worth living because you can still make a worthwhile contribution, and that is what my Care Support Worker does on a daily basis.”
Mr D T’s son, July 2019
“She is very kind, efficient and calming, puts everyone at ease. For my father this is an essential part of his care and for my mother it gives her a small break and peace of mind.”
Mrs A B, July 2019:
“I know this is her paid job, but she makes it seem like a pleasure for her to help me; she makes me feel cared for, not just someone she takes care of.”
