PramaLife Community
PramaLife have developed 60+ Clubs, Groups and Activities for Older Adults and Carers across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and East Dorset. As well as providing unique services for people living with dementia and their family carers.
PramaCare Services
Offering home care services to people requiring occasional assistance with daily tasks or more comprehensive support to maintain independence in their home. PramaCare is here to help develop a care plan that suits each individuals needs.

There are 10+ Prama Charity Shops across Dorset, well known for low prices, great bargains and amazing staff/volunteers.
Becoming a Prama Care Support Worker
