PramaTRAVEL is a new way to travel: our bespoke holidays take our customers worldwide on amazing adventures. The care we are known for across our group of charitable companies is also a key element of the service we provide our passengers and, with the backing of the TTA, you will be joining a unique organisation at a pivotal time.

We are looking for someone special – someone who is passionate about travel, has at least 2 years’ experience, provides exceptional customer service, is a fabulous administrator with a great eye for detail, and can make sales with ease!

Using your product knowledge with a bubbly personality, you will be a key part of our lovely team.

You will be one of the faces of PramaTRAVEL, talking to potential customers for both our worldwide trips and our UK based one-day couch tours. You will be managing enquiries over the phone, taking details, identifying and closing sales opportunities. You will be reporting sales figures, completing risk assessments, maintaining social media accounts and a range of related tasks.

This role is BUSY: If you’re not afraid of hard work and are seeking a role in travel that’s different to the norm, then get in touch today.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- The ability to identify customer needs

- Good influencing and communication skills

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel

- Exceptional administrative skills, highly organised with an eye for detail

Prama Launches Free Will Writing Service in Partnership with McClure Solicitors

Prama launches completely free will writing/review service – free to everyone!


We are delighted to announce that due to a partnership with the national chain of solicitors, McClure, we can now offer a completely FREE will writing and/or review service.


This is open to everyone - all Prama donors, clients, volunteers, trustees and staff - as well as all friends and family. Just consider a donation to the charity as a thank you.


The importance of having an up to date will cannot be overemphasised. However, this is something a lot of us put off, usually due to concerns about cost and convenience, prompting us to put it at the bottom of our lists.


For example, if you don’t have an up to date will, should anything happen to you, you would die intestate; in other words, the government may decide who inherits your estate. You can imagine how distressing this would be for your family to sort out. You never know what could happen, so why not make the most of this opportunity and book an appointment with McClure to get your will written this October.


Not only will you save approx. £150 but they can come to your home or work to take your instructions. Easy as that!
