Covid-19 Our Response

Prama always aims to give outstanding care, but currently we know that now it is more important than ever to ensure that our Clients receive exceptional care and support, with many shielding or self-isolating at home.

Helping clients through this extended period of isolation Pramacare is much more than completing a list of tasks. The social interation with our Care Support workers is now more vital than to maintain good mental health and wellbeing

Supporting with shopping , prescriptions, and essentials. We are able to shop for our Clients and collect prescriptions, Our Care Support Workers are able to gain access to most supermarkets without queuing.

Our top priority is that Clients remain safe with our continued care and support. Where necessary, we use government guideline Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your loved ones are as comfortable and safe as possible. We are there to care so family members can continue to self-isolate to further minimise the chances of spreading infection.

Our Care Support Workers are all highly trained Prama Care Support workers receive robust training which includes infection prevention, handwashing and the safe use and removal of required PPE.

Spotting Changes in our Clients health Our trusted relationship with our Clients means that we can spot any changes in their health and adapt our care and support appropriately. We can also notify loved ones if anything new arises. We understand that this is a worrying time and you will be concerned about your loved ones but we want to provide you with peace of mind that we are doing everything we can to keep our Clients safe and comfortable at home.
