PramaTRAVEL is a new way to travel: our bespoke holidays take our customers worldwide on amazing adventures. The care we are known for across our group of charitable companies is also a key element of the service we provide our passengers and, with the backing of the TTA, you will be joining a unique organisation at a pivotal time.
We are looking for someone special – someone who is passionate about travel, has at least 2 years’ experience, provides exceptional customer service, is a fabulous administrator with a great eye for detail, and can make sales with ease!
Using your product knowledge with a bubbly personality, you will be a key part of our lovely team.
You will be one of the faces of PramaTRAVEL, talking to potential customers for both our worldwide trips and our UK based one-day couch tours. You will be managing enquiries over the phone, taking details, identifying and closing sales opportunities. You will be reporting sales figures, completing risk assessments, maintaining social media accounts and a range of related tasks.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- The ability to identify customer needs
- Good influencing and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
- Exceptional administrative skills, highly organised with an eye for detail
